LGBTQ Inclusion

J.Proud members strive for LGBTQ inclusion by focusing on 11 core benchmarks. These benchmarks ensure that LGBTQ community members aren’t just permitted or welcomed into religious spaces, but that they have their needs fully acknowledged and understood. Inclusivity involves creating policies and practices that are designed with marginalized communities in mind.
